Apart from the environmental benefits, the rewards of having a LEED® certified project are numerous, from contributing to the growth of a sustainable and environmentally responsible community, to reducing a structure’s operating costs, to enhancing the structure’s marketability.
Modulex products contribute to LEED® because they:
- Are more durable or require less maintenance than similar products
- Contain pre-consumer recycled content
- Contain post-consumer recycled content
- Have been salvaged and reconditioned from previous use
- Are recyclable or biodegradable after use
Modulex products can be used to obtain points toward the Commercial Interiors category of the LEED® rating system, which is applicable to tenant improvements of new or existing office space. Using our interior aluminum frames can help obtain the following points depending on your project location and reuse of our frames:*
